Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Socks are knitted to the fibre composition, elastane content, calf band depth and tension, cushioning structure and size run stated on the quotation. Elastane recovery, being the proportion of stretch returned by the knit after repeated laundering, diminishes with hot washing, tumble drying and the use of fabric conditioner; progressive loss of recovery under such conditions is a characteristic of elastane and is not a manufacturing defect, and care instructions specifying warm washing, washing inside out and the avoidance of fabric conditioner are supplied with every order. Silicone grip applied to sole areas is likewise degraded by fabric conditioner and by high-temperature drying. Sizing is quoted as a length run against the customer’s stated squad or age groups; where a customer specifies a single size for a whole squad, responsibility for fit rests with the customer. Goods are sportswear. They are not protective equipment, are not personal protective equipment, and no representation is made that any sock supplied protects the wearer from impact or injury; shin guards are the protective article and the sock’s function is to retain one. No graduated compression claim is made and no compression pressure in millimetres of mercury is stated or implied; graduated compression hosiery is a separate measured product not supplied here. Padding supplied on goalkeeper socks is for comfort against repeated ground contact only. Where socks are supplied as a two-part system, both parts are supplied in the specified team colour, and it remains the customer’s responsibility to confirm that its competition’s kit regulations are satisfied. Colour variation between dye lots and between production runs is a normal characteristic of textile manufacture. We do not supply shin guards, boots, shirts, shorts or other playing kit.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
